I walked 18 miles this weekend. While I was working. My mom said at this rate I could start my own 3-Day fitness walk just at work. I tend to agree.
18 miles. Sheesh. That's a lot of walking. It doesn't even count the lifting, twisting, turning and what-not that happened too. No wonder I was exhausted when I got home each day.
I have to do some serious work on updating the walk databases on GymMama.net today. It's time consuming, but worth it. And, well, the focus of the site. Minor details, eh?
